Job title：R&D Engineer (Process)
Responsibilities：
1. Responsible for the process development of new products;
2. Responsible for the output of process related documents (process flow diagrams, production SOP, BOM, etc.) during the new product design and development phases;
3. Responsible for process validation of critical processes for new products, process validation activities for special processes;
4. Responsible for relevant training of operators;
5. Responsible for process related risk analysis during development of new products such as PFEMA et. al;
6. Responsible for process improvements of older products to increase production efficiency or decrease production costs.
7. Complete the other work arranged by the leader.
Eligibility：

More than one year working experience in medical devices is required. |
| Knowledge： |
Major in machinery, materials, bioengineering, etc. |
| Technical Ability： |
1. Priority is given to candidates familiar with animal derived materials as well as processing processes for valve based products;
2. Familiarity with the medical device quality system and laws and regulations;
3. Familiar with the processing process of materials such as metals and polymers;
4. Basic master Solidworks, Auto CAD and other drawing software application. |
